4, the bearing is set on the pump shaft to support the pump shaft components, there are two kinds of rolling bearing and sliding bearing. Rolling bearing using butter as lubricant refueling to be appropriate general 2/3 ~ 3/4 volume too much will heat, too little and sound and heat! Sliding bearings are lubricated with clear oil and lubricated to the oil level line. Too much oil oozes and drips along the pump shaft and too little bearing overheats and burns to cause an accident! In the running process of the pump, the highest temperature of the bearing is 85 ° c, generally running at about 60 ° c. If the temperature is high, it is necessary to find the reason (whether there are impurities, whether the oil is black, whether the water) and timely treatment!
5, sealing ring also known as leakage reduction ring. The clearance between the impeller inlet and the pump shell is too large, which causes the water in the high pressure area of the pump to flow through the clearance to the low pressure area, affecting the water output of the pump, reducing the efficiency! Clearance is too small will cause impeller and pump shell friction wear. In order to increase the backflow resistance to reduce the internal leakage and delay the service life of the impeller and the pump shell, a sealing ring is installed at the joint of the inner edge of the pump shell and the impeller, and the clearance of the seal should be kept between 0.25 ~ 1.10mm.
6, packing box is mainly composed of packing, water seal ring, packing cylinder, packing gland, water seal pipe. The main purpose of the packing box is to close the gap between the pump shell and the pump shaft, so that the water in the pump does not flow to the outside and the outside air does not enter the pump. Always keep the vacuum inside the pump! When the pump shaft friction with the packing heat must rely on the water seal tube to seal the water into the ring to cool the packing! Keep the pump running normally. So in the operation of the pump circuit inspection process of the stuffing box inspection is particularly important! Replacement of packing is required after about 600 hours of operation.
